Every time you feel the urge, drop down and start doing push ups. If you lay down at night and feel like you wanna fuck, then get back up, put on some clothes, and go for a jog. If you’re not into any of that, pick up an intense video game (FPS, moba, etc) and get into it. You will never be able to kill the urge by actually trying to kill the urge, you have to replace it with something else. Something mentally or physically exhausting. The longer you go without it, the easier it will be to eventually control. Us men struggle because we have metric fuck tons of testosterone dumped into our bloodstream daily. We are built, wired, and streamlined biologically to procreate, so whenever we try to fight that, we are literally fighting biology. Take it day by day, because it will not be easy. However, it is definitely possible. Also, on a side note, once you fight it off and begin to control it successfully, you will literally strip women of the one tool they try to use to control you. It is an amazing feeling to be immune to their schemes, and be able to make choices with the head on your shoulders, not between your legs.

I agree. You can’t just fight it. Well you can but it’s going to be a hell of a lot harder than replacing it with something. Sort of like how when you stare at a clock it goes really slow, but when you don’t it goes really fast. I personally found that it has to be something physically exhausting. Mental was never enough for me. When I did body building for 2 years I went to the gym 4-6pm, 6 days a week. Never had a boner problem in those two years. Just gotta replace that energy with something else.

Freedom means doing what you want if you accept the consequences.
Men don't like town bicycles, they are free to think so, the same way women are free to think that a man that wasted his life on videogames and gambling is not worthy.
It's about expectations on the opposite gender, men and women are different, a woman would rarely have a stay at home husband.
