marriage is a bad idea no matter what the paperwork says.

I say that, because marriage essentially robs you of almost every dream and freedom you could have. Sure, there might exist some fairy tale marriage where this doesn't happen, but the vast majority of marriages is a man giving up his dreams, goals, friends, and happiness. It's not just about money and resources, that's just all you have left to offer when your married.

The best shelters are to ignore the paperwork, and simply shield your assets so no one can reach them in the first place.

Your lawyer does not decide if the prenup holds, the judge does. Judges in family courts are biased feminists majority of them if not all of them belong to feminist groups, they are different from common federal courts and supreme courts. And to them, you getting away is oppression and gender bias and they will not allow that. The judge make the end decision and they will penalize you even if you have done nothing wrong and has been trying your best to be the best husband possible and it is your wife who filed for divorce.

Wife can even say I was pressured into signing the prenup and she has never had the intention to sign it but just signed it only because of fear of being abused and harassed. Feminist lawyers have experience and will coach wife on how to rescind the prenup.

Judicial court is required to uphold legal agreements.

Family court has no requirement to uphold legal agreements. It is decided by the judge.

If an accusation of abuse/rape/feeling threatened or whatever is in that week is made the judge has no problem tearing up a legal prenup made between 2 adults.

practising lawyer here, prenups are nothing but waste of paper. As in the end it depends on the judge discretion to enforce those prenups.Which most of the time is never (in western countries).

Prenups are as good as a rear tit, then again. Prenups tend to be at the judge's discretion and guaranteed that their primary focus is on the bogus 'what's best for the kids', aka you loose.

Never mind that prenups don't address future regret rapes or other false accusations.

Marriage paramount to your surrender of your wealth, health and freedom for little or no benefits. PS some one just posted a video that only 13% o marriages end up in satisfaction.

Get a surrogate if you want children and buy a helping hand such as a sexy robot.

Prenuptial agreements are not guaranteed as others have stated. Judges have the ability to overrule them, especially when there are children involved.

The welfare of the children come first and judges will overrule the prenuptial agreement to provide resources to the children eg. Child support, alimony/spousal support etc (and yes I referred to the wife as a child also. See here www.no-maam.blogspot.com/2012/06/woman-most-responsible-teenager-in.html?m=1)

So no, a prenuptial agreement does not guarantee that your resources are safe.

The family court system is borderline lawless in that the judge basically can rule however they want and there is no recourse for you to overturn the ruling. Prenups are being consistently overturned. Just don't get married, being married this day and age is tantamount to slavery.

Prenups never hold up, however, the power they do have is in testing your SO - if you bring up the idea of getting one and she flips shit, then get rid of her - they can't stand the idea that they might not get that payout

Prenups expire and many things can make them null and void---adultery on your part or domestic violence. DV is easy to get nailed for these days as a woman can put marks on herself, call the police and you get arrested. Even if charges are dropped or there's no conviction, this could still be seen as DV on your part in the family court's eyes thus they will toss your prenup.

You have to understand: the family court's goal is to give the woman as much of your resources as they can so she doesn't become dependent on the state. Family court judges will toss a prenup for no reason altogether. Due Process, contract law, even the Constitution does not exist in Family Court.

Prenups are garbage and women know this, so they will sign one only later to state " I didn't know what I was signing." and the judge will toss it on the basis of her diminished capacity at the time of signing.

In Australia they are called binding financial agreement. They are a contract between two parities and are therefore covered under tort law. Which means Family law supersede it. This also means that there is an argument that since it is a per-condition to a marriage that one of the parties is under duress to sign. This is currently set to be trailed in the Supreme Court of Australia on the 8th of August.

I have little faith in them. It all depends on the solicitor and the arguement you have in place.

a prenup can be thrown out if it stops the women from getting less then she would without it (so why even get one?). the only thing that a prenup can do is decide what she can/cannot take. not how much. so if you buy a car you really like after your married she can take that. but if you had a collector car before you were married and put it in the prenup then you can keep it after the divorce. and she just gets the house instead.
