The reason you are so horny is likely due to not having enough serotonin. The feeling of being very horny and aroused is caused by lower serotonin levels rather than having too much testosterone or something like that. Take something called inositol at high dosages (10g a day) and you will feel much calmer and less horny all the time. It's not an ssri but rather a B vitamin. Ssri at a lower dosage will also work so that you still get horny but it's like a few times a week instead of daily but don't tell the doc that's your reason, tell them you have anxiety or something. I had some anxiety issues in the past and took an ssri and it was one of the most productive periods in my life. I could focus tremendously on the task at hand and was not horny all the time. I got 4.0 gpa in highschool for this reason

A combination of running, intense weightlifting and intermittent fasting anywhere from half a day to 48 hours. You can sip chocolate milk or plain milk to take the edge off the hunger. there was a time when it was like libido would wake me up and wouldn't let me sleep at since 2:00 AM, all that I started to do everyday was to wake up take a shower, dress up and went to a mountain hike at 4:00AM, I was coming home around 8:00AM
