People who are lonely are just those that aren't comfortable with being alone with themselves. Some, like women, can't stand their own self.

Back to OP, you only get lonely when you're not doing anything to fill your time. That's why men have hobbies, projects, interests, sports, martial arts, etcetera. By doing these, not only do you not dwell on your own self loathing, but you actually discover and explore parts of yourself with new challenges.

You grow as a person, you gain more confidence, you like yourself more for the accomplishments you achieve.

Loneliness is a sign that you are empty inside. Change that. Stop trying to put a band aid on it by getting another human being to act as a stopgap measure. I know that's what society has told you to do all your life, but society is wrong.

That feeling's an illusion and it stings like hell when it shatters.

Leaving aside questions I'm not qualified to answer like whether your average woman is actually physically capable of love, in the end you never really know anyone.

With that sobering realization in mind, you're far better off getting your snuggle fix with a pet and your socialization with some like-minded bros.

You can be reasonably sure that they, at least, won't try to have you jailed for no reason or use the legal system to steal half your shit.

If this relationship has cost you very little from an emotional or financial viewpoint you may be tempted to seek out another. Your next relationship may be the one that costs you all your dignity and that is a very hefty price to pay.

Pay for a professional to take care of your intimacy needs - it will be much less expensive in the long run.

There’s a difference between actually being lonely and thinking you’re lonely because society defines loneliness as being single... The loneliest men are married men that want out of their shitty marriages. They appear to be happy on the outside, but they’re completely dead on the inside... All you need is a couple of red pilled buddies to share some good times with or even go lone wolf if it’s better for you. I have my family, a couple of good friends, my sports car, my motorcycle, and my career. I got all the company I need :)

Have kids or a pet. The bonus that kids provide is that they kill your sex drive. When I’m with them it is a constant reminder that I have done what sex was for in the first place. Plus they keep me really really busy and tired.

To me there's 2. Being alone, and being lonely. If you're content with yourself you'll never be lonely, but you'll be alone. You don't ever want to be lonely. Why? Because eventually everything will leave us. Pets, looks, money, family, lovers, jobs, etc. If you keep hopping from one to the other trying to fill your lonely void then these things control you. You are no longer the master of your domain, and your power is given to the things you "need". In this case the power is given to the woman. If you can be alone and without a woman then you're still in control. Once youre lonely without a woman(or anything) you're no longer in control.
