How do you test for character?

I just use my long sword and roll a D20.

If they succeed in combat we'll go for coffee.

When I date filthy casuals, and mind you, I like sluts, I look for those women who have a sex drive, yet didn't go full retard and go for full body tats and piercing every bit of flesh that hangs out. I also judge them by how much they care for their health.

If they have too many "displays" then they are just what they are on the outside, jangly and colorful. Therefore not worth my time.

To be honest, its getting less worth the effort every day. Now I don't even do anything except with a filthy casual, it's too tiring and not worth the time, I think she'll be my last one then go monk.

But you're younger, my advice would be, if at any time the subjective word "garish" comes to mind, you're already way past the line of acceptability and warning flags.

And don't listen to shit like "I was young and stupid when I did x", all that means is that they're stupid, driven by emotions, and now they're older than they used to be. That's all it means. They're the same person just taking less risks because they can't.

Just keep in mind that you are dealing with somebody that can ruin your life at a whim and go from there.

I have a few rules :

If she is a feminist or has many feminist friends her circle of friends, I would never have any interaction with that woman. Feminists or girls with social sciences education tend to be very boring and are a ticking time bomb.
If she is too much into social media and her life revolves around the latest social media trend, I would avoid her as much as I can.
See if takes responsibility for her action, If not - I would not want her around me at any cost.
I ask new people especially girls I meet, for some inane small favour If they do it without expecting any return. I would happily talk to them.
If she comes from a conservative family with both parents being married only once I can see myself talking to her.

Get her to start talking about her past relationships and that'll get you a feel of how much hypergamy and greedy she let's seep into her own actions.

If that doesn't work, get her to talk about her friends and whatever HER FRIENDS ARE UP TO YOU CAN BET YOUR ASS IS ALSO AT LEAST CONSIDERING DOING AS WELL!

Hmm, I won't tell you what I look for in a woman, but since you mentioned it, in the general interviewer hiring sense (which I've done in 3 jobs I've had so far). First, I get a feeling of how seriously they want this job. I ask questions to the candidate about the job to see how much knowledge they have about what the job entails and what duties and skills are required. If they don't know fuck all, I will continue the interview, but will immediately write them off for hiring. Then, I ask about their work habits. Do they like working in teams or prefer to work individually? I like both kinds of people for different jobs. Do they show up on time for work? (This I verify with previous employers, but I ask the candidate directly too.) Are they willing to stay late if needed? Will they do this several days in a row if necessary? (Women often will say they have a kid or husband to go home to, but the occasional woman will say they can and in my experience if they say that, they often will). How often do they take sick days? (Every girlfriend I have had has been notorious for taking many sick days a month for stupid reasons. This question I also ask their work references). Finally, I ask about what experience they have not only in that field, but related fields. Loads of skills are transferable, and I like people who have related experience as they typically know the job requirements better. Personally, I don't care much about school history, but a lot of employers do. I have found the best employees to actually have no school experience in the field. The ones that do often feel like they're hot shit from the get-go.

Also, throughout an interview I get a feeling for how honest they are. Most people are pretty apparent to me when they're lying. Depending on the job, I might ask questions or have people perform something they have indicated they have done before just to see if they were telling the truth (only if I suspect they are lying).

I wrote these in order of my priorities. I would much rather take somebody with no experience than somebody who doesn't want the job or lies to me.
