Surely we are all aware of the notion that women search for hypergamy. All of us are also probably aware that women often date losers. The thought of women "marrying up" makes sense, because women are generally attracted to wealth, power, and social status. Men arguably show similar behavior, but with beauty instead of riches. When we see the opposite, and a woman dates a loser, we assume that she wants to change the man, mold him into her perfect mate, and boost her self-esteem in the process. Many of you have probably witnessed both scenarios.

Assuming what I said was correct, I have a few things I would like you to think about: Why do you think both extremes are so common among women? It seems that men generally don't attempt to change women, and simply avoid them if they are losers. In addition to beauty as a possible substitute for hypergamy, which I mentioned, do we see any similar behavior among men? Is there anything virtuous about a woman trying to change a loser, or is it simply another example of ulterior motives that women seem to constantly have? Finally, if you can neither satisfy her idea of hypergamy, nor provide a woman with the opportunity to change you, is the best option to embrace the MGTOW movement?
