It's called self improvement and self ownership for a reason.

Everything there is either directly or indirectly about getting laid, just because some of it is about competing with other men for women does t make it less about women, it just makes it indirectly about women.

As an example.

Instead of begging a girl with flowers and a stammering voice, it’s hitting the gym and holding whatever the fuck a “frame” is. Which does nothing. As women don’t give much of a shit. TRP= External locus if control. Everything is about the external world and needing ‘respect’ and all that nonsense for pussy. It’s all other people.

MGTOW = Internal locus if control. The outside doesn’t matter as pussy is not a goal. Competing with others for it is irrelevant. Hit the gym because it makes you feel better. Practice for a marathon because of an internal accomplishment goal, not a shiny medal and people cheering.

TRP does what it does for external validation. They don’t wear a suit of armor. Because pussy doesn’t care about a suit of armor.

You can tell TRP because they like to keep up with fashion like teenage girls to have whatever gets the pussy. Watches, shoes, whatever the pussy wants they simp and get to compete with other men as the “alpha” simp chasing pussy.

If women tomorrow slobber over a guy in full plate mail, guys will start wearing it. It’s that blind, simping need for pussy. And it is simping. You can wrap funny names around it, but that’s all it is.

Ascend above that. Improve yourself for you and only you. Not a moist hole who wants your money.

I sympathize because I get where he's coming from. This mindstate is generally a driver for those going MGTOW. You're also like 19-20 and probably surrounded by the most entitled and annoying demographic women that have grown up in open/mass gynocentria.

Think about it like a business where your revenue/sales (as you see it) are sex and companionship with women and your costs are things like time spent working out to impress women, time/effort/money spent to play "the game", etc. That's usually a low-to-no margin business, especially given the personality of your customer base and how many options they have.

You need to do some soul searching to find some new "sources of revenue" that aren't woman focused. That would be a much better idea than reading through TRP stuff. Ultimately, the metric that TRP people judge themselves on are women focused (plates juggled, # of women you've had sex with, etc.).
