Walk the fuck away. I cut contact with my shitty family and friends, and I have never felt better. It was hard at first, but definitely worth it.

You will need to go big dick, find a new job away from everyone and move all while continuing to smile and acting like everything is fine. Then one day you'll just be gone.

Picture yourself walking down a sidewalk where nobody talks shit about you, you don't owe anyone anything and what you do with your time is entirely up to you.

You need to smoke some weed, relax and do what you want. Find a career that you are passionate about, even if it means starting at the bottom for pennies. I feel exactly how you do. A 9-5 is just modern day slavery with extra steps

That's how I felt. I don't keep in touch with any of my surviving family, not even on holidays or birthdays.

Find positivity elsewhere, here's what worked for me: gluing model airplanes lol laugh it up, but it's very serene and cool work, recording prank calls, fishing - there are tons of shit you can do that you can look forward to every day. Find what it is for you.

i feel exactly the same. it is an extreme struggle for me to make idle chit chat with normies. i have no patience for it, and i have nothing to contribute to it, so i mostly just nod my head and contribute nothing to the conversation and hope the other person just shuts up and leaves.

Like others have said...walk away, thats a benefit of being MGTOW, you can do whatever the fuck you want whenever you want.

I did it, went to a major city which I hated, lived in a shitty small studio which i hated, paid off the student loans, paid off all debt, saved up my money, took a lower paying job that let me work remotely and moved to a low cost of living outdoorsy town. I actually have more free money now since housing is so much cheaper, and I spend my days focusing on my hobbies and have made a few friends that share the same hobbies.

You, like myself are just a worn out gear cog in the clock of life. As time passes, we become worn and in the end chucked out for a brand new cog. It's hard to remove ones self, as the clock will just stop working and there will be consequences and challenges. But once someone overcomes those, a life of independence waits ahead. The other gear cogs want you to be like them, and despise you for becoming so free in life.
