For anyone that has been a MGTOW or MRA, there is a clearly apparent trend of increasing attacks on MGTOWs. Disturbingly, much of this is coming from within the Manosphere. I do not claim to be a MGTOW first of all, so I think I can speak fairly openly about this, however, I do recognize MGTOWs are a great force for good in the world to bring about balance.

The attacks on MGTOW come in a few different forms:

1. Claim to leadership of MGTOW

2. Toxic claims about MGTOW

3. Ex-MGTOW confessions

4. Other parts of the Manosphere

I will start by dissecting some of these.

The Claim to leadership of MGTOW has been made by a number of individuals, some of which haven't always used MGTOW terms until recently, and do not adhere to a MGTOW lifestyle. In history there are copious records of men choosing to do their own thing and eschew relationships. Men doing this more recently because of an increasingly biased system against men though, is actually an internationally phenomenon. Whether a grass eater in Japan, or a MGTOW in US/Europe, men are following this path.

The media particularly, and feminists, have tried to make toxic claims about MGTOWs. "Damaged individuals", or some other claptrap, lining up every shooting as caused by guy that happened to be a MGTOW MRA PUA TRPer... what?. These weak and fallacious claims are the sort of drivel I would expect from the hysterics of a playground. Expect these the next time there is a shooting of some type. If there isn't fault, then there will be an effort to pin one on, falsely.

EX-MGTOW confessions is a new one, and particularly comical. Suddenly, youtube MGTOW personalities are the forces behind a dark and destructive movement that sought an apartheid system of gender. "I was brainwashed". This reads like the playbook of the mentally-ill radical feminists, where personalities play the role of puppetmasters. A role in which there is no agency....

Other Parts of the Manosphere (MRAs, PUAs, TRPers, etc) attacking MGTOW is more recent with attacks coming from both Paul Elam and more recently, GayLubeOil. Paul's attacks are more about leadership and directed at prominent MGTOW personalities, whereas GayLubeOil is attacking MGTOW in general. GayLubeOil despite a number of misunderstandings about MGTOW, claims that being MGTOW is a cop-out. Apparently, he has never been married, but he may actually be incel.

How to handle these attacks?

  1. Laugh.
  2. Take it with a grain of salt
  3. Don't define yourself by kowtowing to a biased legal system that will steal your freedom, your savings, and in some cases, your life.
  4. Realize the good intentions of the manosphere may not always be best directed
  5. Know these attacks would only come if MGTOWs are having an impact
