Over time you'll notice that there's no reason to suffer for something that just doesn't exist, just like how you'll never spend days crying about how you'll never be spiderman. It's a funny "what if" to think about, but if you do well after a while you'll just take reality for what it is; and be grateful for the truth that you now know, without any regret or pain being involved. Fairy tales are nice, but they're just that, tales.

Sounds like red pill malaise. I've often felt the same way, reality can be terrible but it's still reality, we can't change it. Find other things to pursue, women are waste of time. How am I, a common man, going to compete with Chad? Simple, I can't. It's a blessing in disguise, women have brought me nothing but trouble, eventually I just had to give up and move to higher ground.

Hold up, why does love have to be something given by a woman to validate you as a human? Love can be more of an expression of trust and familiarity over time. You can get just as much love from a close male friend as a girlfriend, and the only difference is the physical relations. So either what you’re really asking for is a physical relationship to validate you and make you mean something or you don’t have a clear understanding of love. Love is when you can look the evil, chaotic horror of the world in the face and then glance next to you and see someone that has your back no matter what. Does it matter if you have a physical relationship with someone who cares about you like that? Does it matter that you don’t feel worthy to be loved in that capacity? Or does it just matter whether or not you have someone who will be reciprocal because you develop trust, respect, and LOVE over time. Lose your definition of love and replace it with something meaningful.

Yes it does my friend. The RP rage is discussed a lot but I think the depression aspect of it can be sometimes overlooked. For some men I think this can be even more detrimental as where the anger can be harnessed, the depression can often sap motivation and eat away at your will to move forward. Depression comes in many forms and from many causes but it is by no means insurmountable. If you need to, send aside a time and place for yourself to grieve, but only under the knowledge that you will not stay in that place. Take your time to center yourself and move on.
