Work has been going good for a while now. No drama, no BS. We recently hired a few new employees, 3 males and 4 females. Now all of the sudden there is posturing going on, and the new males (beta wannabe alphas) are starting to fight each other over access to the females. I mind my own business, and do my own thing. The one dude who came out on top of the 3 new males has confronted me twice now trying to start drama because I don't pay any attention to him or anyone else, just my work. Felt like he wanted to fight me both times, and it was getting serious. It came as a shock to me because I don't really care about him or anybody else LOL. Perhaps that is alpha, and he took that as some sort of threat? To calm him down I truthfully told him that he can be the alpha here, and that I don't care what happens, and who he's trying to sleep with. I'm just here to make my money and be left alone. Seemed to work, because now he is nice to me.

One of the new females (married with kids) complained to me yesterday that she is being sexually harassed by the same dude who confronted me. She told management, but they shrugged it off. She is a really good worker, and has had no other drama anywhere besides with this dude. He's been texting her, making comments about how she should do her hair, and making fun of who she talks too, etc. Husband found out, saw the text messages, and is now really pissed. So much so that she has blocked him from contacting her or seeing her status through our work App. We shall see what happens next.

I gotta say that these beta simp dudes can really cause problems, and that it's not always the female's fault for things. Even MGTOW can get get caught up in the mess if you're not careful. Don't ever underestimate what men will do for access to vagina.
