Let's face it. We don't exactly think like normal people. I just had a conversation with a good male friend of mine. Decent dude. I expressed to him that due to my experiences, I'd rather not deal with the modern woman. I said "Aside from a few I know, most women tend to be cuntish, entitled, spoiled brats who get away with shit because men wanna fuck them.".

He said "Guys can be dimwits too. Don't put out such a vibe. My uncle believes that too and that is why he is alone."

I scratched my head "What's wrong with being alone?"

"There are great women out there."

"Like your wife?"

"Well she isn't perfect. We fought a few times...have a few disagreements."

"How's the sex?"

"I get it once a month. Twice...if I'm lucky."

"Least you two are friends."

"At times it doesn't seem like that. But I take care of her just the same."

"Then what is the point?"

"It is what you're supposed to do. I mean, who wants to be alone?"

I dropped the subject after he said that. I realized I can't get him to see what I see. It made me realize something...I really do think differently from others, but I don't think I'm wrong. I'm more than willing to change my view...if someone gives me a gold answer to this question:

Why, as a male, should I continue to pursue love and relationships if my experiences have shown me time and time again they are futile and almost always based on factors like looks, finance, and status? What do I get out of the deal?"

"Just because I'm expected to." Isn't the correct answer.
