no, men and women are not equal. men can not get pregnant or commit paternity fraud. there's a 50% chance (I know, statistically it's way higher) the kid isn't his, but a woman always knows which kid is theirs. and that's not a game I really want to play, especially when the only standard to which we hold women is absolute worship. also when a woman cheats in a marriage she still leaves with all the cash and prizes.
