Every day, I wake up at 5 AM, work all day, then come home, do the dishes, make the bed, get the kids from the bus stop, do some general cleaning, cook and serve a dinner that I usually don't eat, then clean up the dishes from that dinner. Never a word of thanks.

But god forbid I don't do just one of those things one day. Then all I hear is how she "has a million things to do" or watch her run up and down the halls complaining about how the house is a "disaster."

Meanwhile, she comes home from work, stares at her phone until dinner, then gambles online till midinight or later, and then wakes up the next day and tells me that she's "so tired."

Thanks for listening, I literally have no one else I can talk to about this.

In my blue pill days (the 1990s) I did several assignments for my GF at UK Polytechnic to help her pass a BTEC HAND. 7 assignments total and on every single one she got a higher grade than I did. I finished 3/30 and she finished 12th.

My first wife I used my googling, writing and creative skills to produce an essay deemed good enough to get her offered a place on an Archaeology UK degree course!
