Good.
Fact is the boss made a statement of what she was going to do because she thought she was being PC and no one would attack her since it’s accepted discrimination against men and especially white men.
But she didn’t realize courts couldn’t side with her since her words speak for themselves.
Just like with metoo: women could lie and people attack a man for calling her out as a liar but in courts you have to show proof.

I guess they are talking about a court where the judge actually decides issues rooted in established case law. This never happens in family court.

Yes. The employer can ask for the tribunal to review its own decision (mainly to reduce compensation they have to pay out, etc) or for an appeal tribunal to do a review (where they believe law has been obviously misapplied).
In this case, though, it appears pretty clear cut. The decision should stand.
If the employer is seen as appealing frivolously (i.e. to delay the realisation of the judgment given against it), they may face even more compensation to pay out than if they'd just accepted the judgment. IANAL, but hope that helps!

They're against it when the majority is against it. Look at BLM, majority of people "protesting" are white women. Trans issue, majority of vocal supporters aren't men but women, until they're forced to share a bathroom. Look at what happened at Wi Spa, woman saying she supports LGBT but isn't comfortable with a penis in a woman's spa, while tripping over herself saying she doesn't discriminate.
