Hi ho everyone,

Recently changed jobs - more money, less grief, better prospects; in europe with additional life, job and health insurance, no obligatory dependents, easy access to my hobbies and no serious crises breathing down my neck at the moment (job/industry benefits from both corona and recessions).

And i've lost the plot. This is what i've been striving for for more than a decade, and having it in reach i've lost both the drive and the sword of damocles over my head to drive me forward into giving more than required. I've been in various degrees of distress most of my life and never really learned how to 'live chill'. Basic things start slipping now there's no stick driving me forward, and no particular carrots that would pull me forward and my concern here is that my lack of practice maintaining chill will lead back to panic mode and an endless cycle.

The YOW concept has served me well, and to an extent I have 'arrived' where I was going; but what now? Post survival self definition is new grounds!

Anyone experienced this and have insight on what to do about it?
