So, in the Great Socialist Republic of Canada, we have something called the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant. Basically, it's a payout to apprentices in Skilled Trades to incentivize them to remain in and complete their apprenticeship in order to help address the shortage of skilled workers in the country. At the end of the day, it amounts to bribing people with their own money.

Well, now we have a two-tiered system. If you have a penis, you are able to apply for a $1000 grant twice throughout your apprenticeship for a total of $2000. If you have a vagina (or like to pretend you have a vagina), you can also apply for said grant, but now you get $3000 per application for a total of $6000. The only difference is gender.
