I've just been out for a walk. I am so glad I found MGTOW. I am literally only about 2 minutes into the walk and I see this guy and I look at him and he looks at me and then we realize we know each other so I walk over and we have a chat and I was amazed at how he looked and the subject matter we were discussing.

Everyone used to tease this guy because he was overweight. He had a bowl haircut and he was into role-playing games. He always had his 12 sided dice with him and a pen and paper. One day he wakes up to the reality he's in his early 20's and he's a virgin so he says to himself that enough is enough. He hits the gym, loses the belly fat and starts to get really fit and as he's a bigger guy, he's able to start bulking up pretty quickly by knocking back protein shakes and creatine and all this kind of stuff. He gets to the barber shop, gets a hairstyle and in a matter of about 18 months, he's getting laid regularly and living the dream. That's when I last saw him.

Today he's wearing a heavy metal band t-shirt and jeans and although he's not fat, he's certainly not the gym toned guy I knew. His hair is also not what it was then although he's not cutting it using a bowl either. So we get chatting and it was only for a few minutes cos he had a bus to catch but to cut a long story short, he saw through women a long time ago. Now he's back living with his parents, playing video games and repairing computers to make the cash he needs to get by.

We chatted for about 5 or 6 minutes I suppose but he's genuinely happy and I could see the freedom in his eyes. Maybe he needed to go through the shit to come out the other side smelling the roses. Some who never saw him hit the gyms will no doubt say that he's a pathetic loser for never having a life but he did 'have a life' and he saw nothing in it of value. I would argue that he is now truly living. Good for him.

***EDIT*** It seems I need to clarify this OP. The guy in question owns the house his parents live in. It's HIS house. He also has another property which he rents out to students which brings him in a decent amount each month. He lives with his parents because they like having him there and he likes being there. He is not paying rent to anyone. He makes only enough through repairing computers for what he needs. In other words, he has alternative income streams and the money he makes from his own job is effectively his pocket money. He is living the dream, just not the dream laid out for him by society and by women.
