There is no logic, it's just basic evolutionary programming and societal conditioning.

When I was a blue pill and found out my wife was cheating, I laid awake at nights plotting ways to murder the guy. Granted, he played on my coed softball team with me and my wife so he should have known better so he definitely shouldn't have done it. But still, I blamed him for the fact my ex fucked him. Like others have said, white knighting and blue pilled logic. Must defend her honor even though she decided to cheat just as much. Perhaps there is a belief that the guy pressured her, so again, not holding her accountable. Plus I think guys who get cheated on feel like they need to do something about it, but they know they can't go after the woman and physically harm her.

I think the thought of how the person disrespected you (by fucking your partner) is far valuable than your wife betraying you.

I can sense the same feeling, like we expect to be respected by brotherhood, like how we expect the woman would cheat anyway.
