I have only slept with about 20 women in my life and it only took one terrible marriage to make me go my own way. Many people here are virgins who just don’t see the point. For most of us pump and dump, hookers, sex dolls/bots, etc is only to fulfill our physical urges. That’s it. Ideally, I would be in monk mode and be free of it.

Bragging about it is just proof that someone is still seeking pointless validation from pointless people. MGTOW are seeking self validation, free from others.

The "insert tab A into slot B" is not really a requirement for understanding that the juice ain't worth the squeeze -- there is no magical "epiphany" that is likely to occur just from inserting penis into vagina. (With one caveat: that's true so long as the guy in question hasn't been obsessed over it as being some magical "epiphany" or "silver bullet" solution to his other problems in life -- in which case "doing the deed" is probably a useful, perhaps even a necessary, "anti-epiphany" thing -- so that he stops "worshiping" it).

I was arguing with a friend that the marriage isn't worth it and his rebuttal was that my lack of experience invalidated my point.

Most married guys only have one "data point" -- that is a single marriage -- often worse yet, a marriage with their first (and only) girlfriend. Does that actually count as "experience"? Experience of what? Certainly it's not broad experience with many "broads."

Other married & divorced (and remarried... etc) have a few, possibly several different "data points" -- from several different (failed) marriages -- does that make THEM "experts"? Or does it make them failures? Fools or idiots even.

And so you learn not to put your hand on a hot stove. You didn’t need to experience it to see what it does.

It’s no different when you see the older MGTOW brothers here talk about what they went through with divorce, alimony payments, custody battles, crazy exes, etc. I’m personally grateful to them for sharing these stories and helping the younger MGTOW like me avoid these traps.

It’s fine to have inexperience but to still to realize marriage isn’t worth it. Think of it like playing a video game where you haven’t taken any damage yet. You’re good, my dude.

I was married for 28 years but when she died it was the vultures circling over a suddenly single business (part) owner, home owner et al that made me realise that my life and money was for me not them. You don't need to make a mistake to realise it would be a mistake. Only years later did I discover MGTOW and realise it was not just me.
