Yeah, my therapist suggested that I look into it and I got the book, "Mindfullness for Dummies." Like you said there is some value in centering in the moment. It's a current "thing to do." It's a western take on meditation from other cultures. Like "meditation lite." Nothing wrong with familiarizing yourself with the concept and adding it to your skill set. BTW it's not silly IMO. Rough times ahead for us men.
