I disagree.There are calculations that showed when you take the number of hours worked by men and women and the pay per hour.Men are payed less then women.Many men are covering women hours without being paid(many women have different contracts than men that are allowed for extend periods of sick leave but they are payed the same money while you cover).

The data is even worse than this. Men work 14% more hours than women who work full time. But most women don’t work full time. White women, in particular, have an astonishing 42% rate of workforce non-participation (US Bureau of Labor Statistics) and among women who do participate in the workforce, they are more likely than men to choose part time work. Among the small percentage that do work full time, they work 14% fewer hours than men. But the real difference between men and women is much more than 14%. It’s more like double.

While feminists are so hooked upon the fallacy of a wage gap (With the numerous percentages they pull out their backsides every other month) Another reality they are yet to address the TAX GAP, how ironic....

Considering the fact that men contribute the most in taxes and in quite a few cases have later retirement ages compared to women, its rather strange the hair dyed dykes don't put that into perspective.
