This is going to sound so simpy, but I promise I'm not a lost cause. Was in a LTR and she just dumped me out of nowhere. Ghosted me, but then stalked me for months with fake profiles. Now that I'm off of all social media, it's quiet from her. Which I know is good, but it hurts too, if that makes sense.

Since the dumping, I've hit the gym hard, traveled abroad, got into investing, paid off nearly all of my debt, and bought my dream car which I love wrenching on. I feel mostly happy, and I like myself for the first time in my life.

But, at the same time, I feel so alone. She was garbage to me, and her and I were total opposites. She was wild, I am not. But it burns me up, getting dumped, getting used, getting thrown away like I was nothing. I know that behavior is a reflection of her, but it makes me feel like I have no value. I know this is typical female behavior. There are no NAWALTS, and I agree with everything I read here.

But how do I get over this? This oneitis BS? I'm a 30 year old guy in the prime of his life. She was 10 years my senior. It's my world. And she's post wall for sure. So, why can't I shake this?

She was only my 2nd lay. I still feel bonded to her. Like I gave her something I can't get back. Do I need to sleep around to lose that pair bonding feeling from sex? I like sex, but honestly, it isn't worth the trouble. But turning wrenches doesn't get rid of this pain either.

Sorry for the whining. Reading MGTOW at 3am is sometimes the only thing that makes me feel like there's a light at the end of the tunnel and I should keep moving forward.
