Anyway... yes, go your own way. Remember that you are the prize. Women do not care about the race and only wants to see who’s first at the finish line (paraphrase Rich Cooper). Do not ever date single mothers. Do not allow any woman into your residence before 3 months (if at all). Never let a woman control your finances. Always keep your money separate. Eat right, make working out a habit and don’t fall prey to standards of living that may have been taught to you by your grandparents. This is a different world than they knew.

Put yourself first. Before you do anything, ask yourself, "How does this benefit me?" If there is little or no benefit, just say, "No."
Help your fellow men. Be friends to your fellow men and support them. And remember, every blue-pill cuck is a potential MGTOW. Helping your fellow men does in turn benefit yourself in the end.
Do not help women. Nope, not even to help carry something heavy she is struggling with. Even if she turns on her charm. Turn on your own charm and say, "No." Maybe even in a creative funny true way such as, "Sorry, feminism won't allow me to help you."
Get yourself a good financial planner, and make a plan. I have set up all kinds of stuff. Got my life, disability, etc. insurance. Get that shit while you are young because young healthy people pay less, in fact, get healthy and fit, do a whole foods vegan organic lifestyle with exercise before you go get your health tested so you can ace the testing and get a top tier cheaper insurance rate, I fuck'n aced mine and have elite status, none of this fuck'n keto stupid bullshit for me. Got investments, savings, etc. working for me behind the scenes. I've borrowed money to invest which gives me more money back than the interest I pay on the loan... shit like that... get it all set up, man! Get yourself a house or maybe a retirement/vacation home somewhere nice, and start paying into it now... don't wait till later... I don't know how old you are, but it's never too late.
Don't let your friend's wives keep you from seeing your friends, fuck those bitches. Get together with your buddies, especially those who are MGTOW.
Women are SOOOOO tempting sometimes, just say, "No."
If you want kids, look to adopt or surrogate and make sure there is NO way for them to track you if they change laws to force you to give the child back and pay child support or some shit like that. Do it in another country might help with that.

There are different 'levels' of MGTOW, and you choose what makes the most sense to you. For the large majority it means no marriage of course, and for a slightly smaller percent it means no cohabitation. Then the numbers jump down a bit for no long term dating, even further down for no casual dating, and below that you have the monks who won't even try to get laid, let alone take advantage if it is offered.

My advice though? Make sure you don't keep women as friends. Obviously there are exceptions. Friend groups tend to be mixed gender, girlfriends of friends you should be kind to and feel free to bond with, 'work friends', family friends, etc.

But you should evaluate these women in your life and ask what you get out of it, and what they get out of it. Are they draining you of resources? It is okay to be more of a giver than a taker, but you should be gaining some satisfaction about HOW you are helping. With male friends I can be a mentor and a guide to, so I don't mind listening to their problem. Does the woman see me as a guide, a mentor, or just someone to complain to? The differences can be subtle.

But if I leave a male friends life they will be sad. If I leave a female friends life they likely won't notice. Because they are surrounded by other men filling the same need. So what did they get from me? mostly just resources.
