As a police officer I see this all the time

Man beats woman Woman calls police Woman adamant she wants charges pressed and wants him arrested. If we see visible injures, we arrest Man goes to prison. The Assistant District Attorney calls the next day to ask the woman to come in to file official charges. She doesn’t answer phone. The officers go to the house to have her talk to the ADA. She’s obviously home but doesn’t answer The ADA drops the case

I shit you not. 100/100 women always go back to the man and all refuse to press charges

And they keep getting beat up. I guess they’re gluttons for punishment in some weird way

Reminds me of a conversation I had recently. I told the guy... if anyone man or woman gets into a relationship and that starts off violent during the first few weeks/months... and you don’t have the sense to leave?!
