On a side note: I’m tired of all these articles where they talk to an older person and ask “the secret to a long life”. Fact is they don’t know. They just got lucky. That’s it. I read one couple years ago where the lady, who was like 100 or something, said that the secret is “drinking a Dr. Pepper every morning” as that’s what she does. 🤷‍♂️ Good for her but I’m 99.9% sure that soda has nothing to do with it (I’m sure she was joking but you get my point).
