It’s not just younger men. I’m in my 40s and feel very isolated as well. I’m not suicidal or anything like that, although I have been in the past. Anyways, as a guy in today’s society, unless you are constantly worshipping vaginas and literally kissing the ground that women walk on, then you are shunned by society, and the rest of the culture has no use for you. Sad but true.

It's a case of coming to terms with being ultimately responsible for our own actions.

Forget the societal pressure to conform. Stop chasing Hollywood and MSM propaganda.

The problem with suicide is its usually because of a lack of validation.

The perception of not being liked is perceived as being a failure. That's not true.

Ignore the constant need for validation. Stop comparing yourself with a manufactured and photoshopped movie star. Stop engaging in the goose chase of garnering likes and upticks.

Be yourself and say bollocks to anyone that attempts to undermine your skills and abilities.

The prototypical human village, from a evolutionary perspective, doesn’t have a place for its excess males beyond (a) dying in conflicts with other villages and (b) splitting off to form their own villages.

Today in the first world there’s (largely) no physical conflict and no land left to expand to.

Excess males are now surplus to requirements.

My point is that the natural solutions are now spent so any artificial work-around is going to be, to some extent, unsatisfying and flawed.

Largely the answers so far explored are about the individual male getting good at telling himself comforting stories and withdrawing into his own mind.

I don't think there's one exclusive factor leading to the rise of the male suicide rate, rather several factors affecting the increase. All it really takes for a lot of guys out there to go from thinking about suicide to actually committing suicide is one bad week.

Many young men go through life without a positive male role model. Acting out like a man doesn't make you act like one. These guys don't know what's it's like to experience male camaraderie. They seek validation through outside means and that's how a woman operates. I suppose it's a sign of the times. Loneliness is always self-inflicted.

Its not always about women, marriage, divorce alimony and child support that results to suicide.

Sometimes its just because of money troubles, like massive debts due to irrational spending of money (on what feels good but doesn't have real benefits), taking loans etc... To keep ridiculously high/enjoyable lifestyle.Then later hitting the rock bottom, realising that the debts are too high/life long and he can't afford to comfortable lifestyle for himself ever again.

Yup I am this younger guy. And there is no final solution to this. You can only go where you are treated best (for example: Thailand), get happy with solitude, and/or find a niche where you belong such as MGTOW.
