So........guys, why is paternity fraud the ONLY type of fraud a person can commit and that person will face ZERO legal consequences when the fraud is discovered. Indeed, after this fraud is discovered, the VICTIM of the fraud might still be emotionally and financially liabl!!! .

Also, why are paternity DNA tests NOT AUTOMATICALLY required when the courts impose Child Support payments onto an individual?

This really bothers me, how can we befin the process of getting this chanhed??
