In addition to the_donald being banned, donald trump's campaign twitch account was suspended today as well.

I have come to the conclusion that Trump will lose the November election, by a lot. The effort to oust him is extremely coordinated. I think twitter will ban him well before the November election, they'll position it just far enough away so that it makes the maximum impact with the fewest people noticing. I think late September is a likely date to do this.

I'm a lifetime Democratic voter, and people ask me why I'm voting for Trump in November (even though I'm convinced he's going to lose, I'm still voting for him). In the classic comic book Batman: Year One, there is the scene where Batman is about to crash a party at the mayor's house, and all the rich, wealthy elites in the dinning hall are all talking about one thing: Jim Gordon. Specifically, they're all talking about what a giant fucking headache Gordon is quickly becoming for them and their priorities for Gotham City.

This leads Batman, as he's outside the window of the dinning hall, and listening to this conversation, as he's setting up his equipment to crash the dinner party, to make the following observation:

Gordon, there's that name again, all the right people seem to hate him.

That's how Batman figured out that Jim Gordon was a person he had to make an ally. They had all the same common enemies.

That's why I'm voting for Trump. I've never donated to a political campaign before in my life, but I'm going to donate to Trump 2020. All the right people are circling the wagon to get Trump out of office.........Trump must be doing something right. I've never seen this kind of convergence of so many powerful interests in my life.

I think twitter has already made the decision to ban Trump, and I think that decision coming down is inevitable. I think all they're trying to put together is the deal to make it happen. Dorsey is not going to ban Trump unless he's positive that the powers that be will cover his ass if this blows up on him. Twitch also had to find a deal they liked, ideology is ideology, but companies want to be ideological and get paid the same.

This is not a campaign, right now, its a complete and utter paving over. Every alley has been sealed off, they're going in for the kill. I think Trump knows its over too. He's admitted as much in recent days. I've never seen a pooling of resources on this scale to change an election this far in advance of the election. If this is what is happening now, what do you think things will be like in October?

Reddit also amended their policy to allow hate against "the majority", no r/the_donald but r/blackpeopletwitter will never leave.

Well the r/The_Donald was in quarantine because of glorifying violence against the police (lol...). They had to ban it, otherwise they would look like complete hypocrites.

So we're going to just censor Trump from the entire internet and see if that helps. Last election proved that controlling mainstream media wasn't enough of an influence. Oh well, reddit is a private company still and can do what they want. They should add that disclaimer though, something like, "We allow what we allow and delete what we don't like"

Big tech is not fucking obligated to uphold freedom of speech. You're thinking of the US government.

That being said, the_donald is full of morons and imbeciles but they should still exist and have a platform to talk on. This move just radicalizes them.

Does anybody even find that surprising? I wish I could care more, but I really don't give a fuck about trump anymore. He was funny during the first year, but you can really only get so many laughs out of a 6 yo child trapped in the body of the president of the USA. It's still sad though, but oh well.
