There are a few things that still tick me off but mostly I just don’t give a fuck. I don’t like wasting time being angry over something I have no control over. Just consider the source and move on silently laughing to yourself. If guys fall for female manipulation they are a sucker. Just don’t be a sucker yourself and you win the game. Only you have control over your emotions.

In college the same as you and can confirm at least with me that the rage comes back every so often and it usually comes with triggers. As time passes I'm better able to deal with it firstly because I've accepted the truth for what it is wholeheartedly and just roll with it and also because (for me) the rages that come after are not as intense as the first.

Just my 2¢ ,but old timers here might be able to give you more depth on this.

Yea I feel you. That happens with me too from time to time. I'm not in university anymore but I like drinking and going out to have fun with my friends and get drunk and I have times when I get pissed off. I don't like when I get pissed off I had anger issues in the past. Smoking, not recommended, is my way of controlling my temper and it works for me. Normally I just go out, walk away and grab a smoke. I'll sit down for a while until I'm positive I'm not gon break something or do something stupid, then go grab a drink and party like before. Often times I would either change places or avoid the source of the problem. Most of the times it ain't as serious and I can just walk away and enjoy my night. Sometimes, like you said, it's a bit too much. That's when I think walking away for a sec, grabbing some fresh air and just sitting down for a minute or two really helps. Helps calm you down a bit, control ure self, and you can enjoy the rest of ure day after that.

If its any consolation you may have it slightly easy. For instance I am somewhat a masochist, I seek out red pill rage by perusing troll/twox etc.. from time to time lol. The funny thing is it goes in stages. At first its like finding a meadow (when you first find MGTOW, in general a community/content that gives examples of the things you've been noticing all along), then the red pill rage (when you start reading the stories and noticing the gynocentric things happening around you and the massive scale with which its happening that you may not have noticed before), then eventually it tapers off until you get this almost maniacal sense of humor out of it. Maybe I'm just weird lol, all in all, just keep the course steady and the rest will fall into place.

One productive way would be to turn that rage and anger that you feel into fuel to pursue venues and hobbies that you never knew about.

The advantage here is that you're extremely young and just started college. In my opinion, you should:

Take that rage and focus it on your studies (get as high of a GPA as possible so that you can apply to scholarships and prestigious companies that have high academic requirements)
Hit the gym and take advantage of the fact that your body is now producing a lot of beneficial hormones to improve your health and appearance
Broaden your network and get in touch with folks who will help you in your career (profs, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs...)

Play some video games, go to the gym, or indulge in other constructive hobbies. I'm 33, sometimes I still get the urge to red pill rage when I go out for a few drinks with some friends. But then I start doing what I enjoy and it just reminds me how trivial some things are and that they are not worth your time.

Pick up metaphysics or study up on Nikola Tesla. I did it and it led me to science/astrology and mental freedom. I'm more aware of my consciousness and feel more whole with the world than I ever did when I interacted with low-conscious people in society.

It's just not worth your time and energy dabbling in female logic and politics.

Whenever you get red clouding your vision then it's a superb time to hit the gym or GTFO into the wild. Try to channel most of it into something that works for you.

At one time in my life, the red pill rage would overcome me somewhat regularly, and one time I was so beyond myself, I crashed with my bike. I'm glad that period of my time is over. And you know why it is past and gone? Because once you get a critical mass of red pills, you realize it's not even worth getting mad at this shit.

I feel ya man. Long out of college (ended up dropping out, getting a bunch of technical certifications and going into IT). But here I am in the real world and shits the same- women trying to pawn off their work on you. Only upside- they get away with it less after they hit the wall.

Best advice my grandpa gave me after is started working office jobs- if you need to get help on something from an admin or secretary, find the oldest/ugliest one you can. You know she’s there because she’s good at her job.

Well, you said that it's hard to fit in socially. If I were you, I would not even attempt. Just focus on your goals and don't worry about others. If the unfortunate event occurs that I would need to participate in a group project, I would just do the part assigned, and nothing more. Fortunately university is a temporary setting, and when you graduate, it will be first day of the rest of your life.

I know what you mean man, I became jaded after swallowing TRP but then I accepted it and felt happy/free in my knowledge that I wasn't being a slave to women like so many guys I know. It's gotten bad again now as I see some of my friends getting engaged and married and a part of me dies inside when I see it on facebook and there are hundred of likes. I refuse to like or support or 'be happy for them'. I can't, because like you, I know the reality of it: It's all just a transactional, cold-blooded, social-status-climbing ladder for a lot of these girls. And the guys are fucking clueless. And then they break up and the guys are devastated and I cringe, I wish I could private message these guys and show them TRP/MGTOW forums to save them. A lot of my friends are so blue-pilled that they wouldn't even be open to the idea of our philosophy.
