Two people in this story:
Myself: 21M, uni student. Majoring in MechEng
Lena: 23F, uni student. Majoring in Nursing
I used to always see her studying in the library. A month ago, I said hi to her, eventually we started going out.
Today was our 6th or so time out and we're talking about life in general. She talks about how she's had an awesome semester and she's doing great socially too.
I said same, and you're the best thing that happened this year. She gave me an awkward look and didn't say anything. We continued talking and I was walking her back to her place.
She started talking about how I am "kinda clingy" and that "the other people [she's] seeing" are not as clingy as I am. Upon asking for clarification on the other people, she confirmed that she indeed is seeing other guys (2 actually) and me texting her "what's up" every other day is clingy behavior. She said me saying what I said about her being the best thing this semester is the clingiest thing anyone said to her. Then proceeded to give me a lecture on how her dating multiple guys is the norm and is better than putting her eggs in one basket—because that's totally what a relationship is, an egg.
The conversation was getting heated, but I kept a calm demeanor and eventually arrived at her house. I let her know that I think we're very different people, and I particularly don't want myself to be a plan B or C of the guys she's dating. Then told her about the whole clinginess thing, where I was actually putting in some effort into talking to her, not being clingy (In 30 days, we exchanged 150 messages)
She got super concerned and said we could talk this out maybe later. I told her I don't agree with multi dating and I respect myself more than that.
She gave me a hug and left.
My phone was bombarded with texts from her at 3AM where she confessed she's only seeing "1 other guy" not 2 as she had said earlier (like that makes it better lol) and she wants to meet me again. After texting back and forth she said I am stuck in in the 1940s and will never find anyone if I stay like this. She then asked if we can be friends and I declined.
She is still sending me texts and I said have a great day and set her on mute. It feels great to value myself, I am treating myself to some ice cream as I type this.
Appreciate all your kind comments. As much as I want to respond to all of you, Reddit doesn't let me respond without waiting 9 minutes each time (dumb!)

I like reading about men who respect themselves in the morning!

If he’s open to learning, the lessons available to him here will be more valuable than the MechEng degree he’s working toward.

And if he keeps this up, he'll have no trouble navigating around women.

Theres only one important thing to remind everyone and that blue pilled men (or not red pilled if you prefer it that way) is that all women do that, they may not be dating or fucking but they will always have AT Least one back up plan, this one was just honest about it. This has always been this way and always will be, the only difference is that now feminism is making them proud of it and they hide it less.
edit: ... And that blue pilled men don't know about ...

Probably one of the only aspect of feminism that I appreciate is now some females don’t hide their shameful actions. Makes it easier and leaves less stress to guessing.

True, their overinflated sense of entitlement leading to them dropping any and all pretense is actually a blessing in disguise, because even bluepills are starting to wake up to things they'd have been blind to otherwise.
Women's one true skill has always been tricking men into thinking the time and effort spent on them was worth it; and the best women were those that actually legit tried to make themselves worth it. Those days are over, and we'll not see them again in our lifetimes.
With women rapidly burning through whatever good will was left to them from generations gone past, and with technology rapidly approaching the point where the small handful of trump cards women have are made obsolete, we're on the cusp of possibly the best age ever for men; we just can't see it because we haven't crested the hill.
I'm just waiting for the day when the game's over for them; the pathetic attempt for them to either make it seem like they're all-of-a-sudden going to revert to Joan Cleaver, or try to subvert the inevitable march of progress by saying that sex bots and artificial wombs are against nature and abusive to women will be glorious to behold, because in one fell swoop women will realize just how little power they always had, and how much of their 'strength' and 'independence' came from blue pills that now no longer GAF.
I'm stocking up on popcorn, you?

Just got done tanning. The girl at the front desk struck up a convo with me about her now "ex".
I started probing about her "orbiters" and "contingency plans" and if she was talking to any - to which she replied,
"Oh of course! You always have to have back-up plans in case plan A doesn't work out..."
Of course we already know how it works, but it's solid reaffirmation when it comes straight from the horses mouth.
I gave her shit about it of course...but it's not like she's going to be dumping her followers...I mean, the average thot is just a necromancer with hordes of undead thirsty cucked-out tools just waiting to do her bidding.

Yup they are utterly terrified of being alone.

Whereas I am utterly terrified of being tied down..... truly diametrically opposed ideologies.
[–]gigasimpdeluxe2 points3 points4 points (1 child) | Copy Link
I don't think it has much to do with being alone but more about giving themselves better chance of securing the "best" guy.

Surely, while that biological clock does the tick-tick-toc. Us red pilled fuckers know this, which is why the ball is always in our court

What a post. I'm giving this guy gold.
EDIT: Had gold already so I gave him platinum. I love stories like this.

This guy has standards and isn’t compromising them. This is final boss mode. I wish I had his backbone when I was 21.
You can bet this self respect carries out in other aspects of his life as well. I wish for this guy’s continued success in life!

When a girl you're trying to date says you're clingy, you ghost on the spot.
I would walk away mid-conversation and just block. No need to spend one more milisecond on, well, a ghost.
Find the next one if that's your thing. Rinse, repeat. Until AWALT hits you smack in the face. And, then, ice-cream.

Always remember. The power they have is the power you let them have. Don't project your values, and cut them off when you see you're making no return investment to your input.

I hope someone directs him here.... he’ll learn about hypergamy and other reddish truths about the females of this wonderful world.

Good for you, man. The power to walk away is the most important tool in the arsenal of life. Cherish it.
[–]micestorff-1 point2 points3 points (0 children) | Copy Link
Yup almost all men think they are the only one, they dont know the bitch its dating you and other 342342 guys at the same time.
[–]NotLuceBree1 point2 points3 points (0 children) | Copy Link
And here it is. He was nice, treated her kindly, and she responded like a complete fucking child.
Hopefully he can keep a good head on his shoulders, and not get sidetracked by any of these dumb females.

She basically wanted to act like she has a lot of value by proclaiming two guys were interested in her. Most “men” would try to battle it out and make it work, the 200 IQ play is to just ignore those entitled bitches. I mean shit he beadicslly said fuck off I won’t be your number 2, and he instantly becomes number 1. Whether he wants a quick bang or anything else. His just proved his dominance and now she comes crawling back. Dumb bitch and what a great story. Men should take note

No.
Not over 9000
Not even close.
When the man values himself over all women, then I will recognize him.
Until then, he is still out there... trying to date in a gynocentric world... in college of all places.
We can read this story, and recognize the first step. But he isn’t fully there.
Not yet.
