1: I've been used, abused, and just an all around door mat for a string of women who were not worth my time or energy.

Keep a budget and stick to it. If you are dating, follow your budget to the letter no matter what she wants to do. Take care of your business first, and she ain't your business. Never deviate from your budget.
Long term, high yield investing should be a major part of your budgeting, and after doing so, do not ever touch the money no matter what. Whatever bullshit problem or want you have, deal with it but never touch your long term savings. That money belongs to the future, not to you. Figure out how to survive now with what you have now. And learn to never make whatever fuck up you just made never happen again. But never touch your future. Can't pay the rent? Beg, borrow, plead, or live in your car. Don't touch money that doesn't belong to you.

Only talk to women and simps when it can't be avoided, and never about MGTOW, they'll try to shame you back to plantation at all cost.
Put cameras all over your house and always wear a body camera when you're on the street, you never know when you can be falsely accused of any BS. Never mention you have recordings to the police or next to the person who is accusing you, only talk about that to your lawyer. That prevents the bitch to start making up dates you might not have recordings.

Do what thou wilt: every thing you do/think/breath must come from you. Never fold and do what someone else wants, or try to convince yourself that’s something you want. If you have an idea, activity, what have you, and you don’t say “hell yea! I wanna do that!” then do it. Don’t waste your time not doing what you want. Better to die by my own decisions than living the life others tell you, you should be living.
You are disposable. Women, your job, friends, family, anything you hold dear can drop you at the blink of an eye. Enjoy the moment but realize it all lasts as long as there is a benefit. Cover your own ass and always prepare for the inevitable.
