If you are a willing and eager participant with no impairment of judgement during the incident, and only afterwards decide you regret the decision;

That's not rape, that's someone who does not want to deal with the consequences of their actions. That goes for any gender or sex.

Some may argue "the victim felt pressured to give consent". I counter-argue that this is not true cconsent, and the victim should never, NEVER, give consent unless they give it 100%. True consent should not be able to be redacted. If you cannot give 100% consent, you haven't given it at all.
