technically you're not supposed to be inhaling cigar smoke. the smoke is supposed to be rolled around in your mouth for the flavor. You can inhale but its pretty bad for you.

A half smoked cigar in your mouth makes you look like someone's boss, a half smoke cigarette makes you look like a street bum. This is from someone who predominantly smokes roll-ups.
