If it was a guy doing this to a girl, you can bet that the guy would’ve been reported, disciplined, and possibly even fired for workplace harassment. Hope you filed a complaint to HR or whoever, but I doubt they’ll take you seriously bc well....women are just simply incapable of sexually harassing/assaulting men, it seems

Watch out because the woman now can have the idea of making a false report of you threatening to break her finger.

Make sure you get to HR before she does. At the very least getting your story in before she does increases the chances that HR believes you, from 0% to about 10%.
