That is true I never went onto Instagram until recently, and this was awhile back, but at first your mind has that sugar rush of dopamine when you see the sexy girls. Then slowly I started reading the comments with my red pill glasses after about 10 minutes I was no longer amused and instead sad. Related – when I did my military service, there was a rumour that something (bluestone) was put in the tea to kill libido (for obvious reasons in an all-male environment). It seemed to work but that could have been physical exhaustion. I thought it was something like that.

Physical exercise will temporarily reduce libido if done to exhaustion, but it will spike it once you recover. To reduce libido you need fasting and dieting, but it may have consequences if done the wrong way.
I know libido and testosterone was a big problem for me when i was young, it led me to many stupid decisions, fights, and criminal behavior that still affects me psychologically this day.

From my perspective it’s men who are in control during sex. Most Woman actually love a man who takes control in the bedroom. Many even like it if you’re rough with them. Men are the ones doing most of the work during sex. All a woman has to do to get sex is be willing. The way I see it it’s men that are doing woman a favor by having sex with them. I could just please myself if I really need to.
If a man can get his mind right by becoming in control of his sexuality (instead of letting it control him) then he has better control of the relationship. This applies to life in general. If a man has better control over himself and his actions he is in better control of his reality.
