No society/civilization collapse will ever really be "funny"... for anyone... not even in a "schadenfreude" sort of way.

There will doubtless be people who will have profited from it, but generally they will have done so long before the "collapse" actually happens (having sold off the proverbial farm before the land gets flooded so to speak).

Because -- unlike "asset bubbles/bursts" (i.e. stock market crashes, etc) -- there's no effective way to "short" or profit/gain from an actual full blown societal collapse.

Even those who "riot & pillage" in such a scenario are likely only obtaining very short term benefits at the price of long term negative consequences. (Like tearing down electrical lines or ripping out plumbing pipes to obtain scrap metal, what is destroyed is actually of far more value {in it's original form} than what is extracted {in it's destroyed end form}.)

So as ridiculous as the "entitled" mentality of many people (men AND women) have become, I really don't see any "lolz" in contemplating their future destitution under the circumstances of some "collapse."

I see more of a slowdown and stagnation as women who hate work but have no husbands take over more and more occupations. Think of a slow and easy southern European country with lots of entitlements and huge debt, where it's impossible to get anything done because everybody is always closing early.

Well, when society collapses and civilization is kaput the pecking order changes little.

Today the alpha male is Chad with his ex-football pictures and padded bank account.

Tomorrow the alpha male is Chad with his tattoos and prison instincts.

Same guy just ruling a different version of reality.

Never forget as MGTOW what you get from this society. No, you're probably never going to be fully content being alone but the first world we live in is still better than some bug-eating, kill-or-be-killed shit hole you're looking forward to. Especially considering in the latter scenario you'll be just as alone.

the world i was living in the early 90s became the "norm" in 2010, the world i live today will be the "Norm" in the 2030s and boy are people gone be fucked.

men are pursuing their own adventures and the reasons to settle down or commit to a woman erode almost daily.

women offer nothing to the table in way of partnership anymore, they simple cling to traditionalist entitlement with none of the resposibility.

cooking for your man is sexist but your man providing for you is still expected, well guess what ladies, men arent stupid and they are ever more shutting your shit down and finding happiness or at worst "relief" in other areas/avenues.

It will not be interesting as it will be cumulative.

Any person that comes from a home that is disciplined by a father, will do better in life, be more successful than people who come from homes without a male presence or a dominated male.

So, the children of the Patriarchy will get stronger every gen with better economics, and they will slowly replace the people who are lacking that.

If it breaks down to the point you suggest several men will have harems as women will do whatever it takes to survive. There will be more male casualties to this not just for the obvious reasons (warring, men traveling in bands taking what they want, men trying to protect their women and property) but many men have been pussified so badly they will die without a taco bell and grocery around the corner. The liberal men will bear the brunt as they fall into this grouping the most and do not believe in preparing themselves for defense (guns etc)

It's fun to think about but unless you live on a Pacific island or the Mongolian steps (or maybe Meteora) chances are you won't survive a 100% collapse of society.

Although living like a caveman til a bigger caveman kills you isn't a bad way to go.
