Doesn't matter if your IQ is considered legally mentally retarded, or that you have no job and ZERO skills to rely on, or that you're physically disabled and can't take care of your children. Oh trust me, I totally agree with you that there are too many kids from not so good parents. I think the problem is actually that the govt is paying for them. This is why I think universal income might be a good idea. You can pay people NOT to have kids! Then if they have a job where they start being paid a lot more than what they get, then they can have children on their own dime and they would be smarter too since you'd need a higher capacity for work in order to get that job.

Cheaper to take the kid and give it to a home that wants it and remove the ability to reproduce from the parents that fucked up. I am fundamentally against a universal income, some people are not even worth minimum wage as it is. Pay based on effort, not gender or race, and you will get only skilled workers.

Government would follow the status quo, and the status quo at the moment is to vilify the traditional CIS gendered male. It is the repudiation of everything that creates a healthy, prosperous, and just society where individuals are responsible for themselves.
What this means is that if it were up to the government, only feminists, SJWs, leftists would be allowed to have children (but you'd still fund them). This would definitely usher in an era of total authoritarianism.
And, if you've been watching closely, that's sort of where we're heading anyway, only it's not a government mandate. Society is going more identity-tribal and making its own rules. People who wouldn't otherwise have the capability to tribalize themselves are successful because of welfare (single moms, liberals, racial identity politics players).
Even MGTOW plays right into the hands of the tribalism. MGTOW is weeding out a lot of good men who are needed to reproduce and raise the antidotes to this mindset. Ergo, the government may as well be dictating reproductive rights. They pretty much are through proxy policy.

Women are POS mothers. I was just at Walmart when some white trash in line in front of me lost her little girl. While she had all the store employees frantically looking for her kid, the mother looked like she could have cared less. The weird thing is that this kind of behavior this whole transgender movement/feminism is fighting against. It fight against forcing people to behave like a certain gender when they do not feel like said gender. So forcing girls with the sex girls but who identify as boys to dress in dresses and not wear boy clothes, and vice versa. So forcing a boy with the sex boy and gender boy (I'm assuming since he doesnt want to go to school anymore because of this idiotic behavior on his mothers part) to wear girls clothes, is the same as forcing a transgender women to wear mens clothes. The consistentcy in their logic is again nowhere to be found. But you know mabye this is just one individual who fucks up (to bad we all know that there are more women who are just as bat shit insane like this woman).
To sum up: Poor boy, hopefully he has sane grandparents he can life with. Edit: Or you know his father this would be a great case to get custody over the boy (assuming they are divorces, but lets be honest any well willing father would not allow said behavior).
