Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper. Non salted butter and tyme and a crushed garlic tooth. Just baste the butter over the steak over and over and over......

For grilling:

Try several recipes of freshly made marinade with yoghurt and herbs! Delicious! Unfortunately, I can not give a recipe, I can buy the meat readily made with the marinade from my local store (in Estonia).
In our country we use to grill small bits of pork meat with onion in vinegar - dragged onto metal skewers, best result on coal grill (some variation of Caucasian shashlik):

1 kg meat fillet (best with some fatty areas), ca 5 x 5 x 1,5 cm bits

3 big onions (halves or squamae) between the meat bits

2 tablespoonful of vinegar 24 %

2 tablespoonful of white wine vinegar 6 %

2 teaspoonful of salt

1 teaspoonful of pepper

1 teaspoonful of sugar

1-2 teaspoonful of walnut (or olive) oil

Stir carefully the meat/onions in the marinade. Let the marinade stay on the meat and onion bits in refrigerator ca 1-2 (3) days. (One can use also a marinator machine for 1-2 hours if busy in time.) Drag the meat and onions between each other onto the metal skewers. They must be set very closely to each other on the skewers! Rotate only 3-5 times, the meat should have some brown crumbs on the edges when it's done. Here is a good video for inspiration:

Old bay can be used in conjunction with pepper and spices, play around with that a little bit. Picked that up from a chef a while ago.

Herb butter, maybe salt and pepper.

Grind up some of those steaks and make your own burgers. I add a quarter cup of sriracha per pound to my burger for some extra kick. And sometimes I make stuffed burgers with extra sharp cheddar cheese.

I use a steak pepper seasoning, if it’s a good bit of steak I will get it nice and brown on the outside and a sprinkle of salt, colour = flavour

I like country Bob's and kc masterpiece steak marinade. Both have a type of sweet onion type of flavor.

I like just plain Moore's sauce as well, especially flame grilled on a very marbled cut.

I've also done worshteshire(spelling) with garlic, salt, and pepper. Also can use Dale's instead.

Also have jack Daniel's marinade pouches which add a nice whiskey flavor!

Try different things out and figure out what you like the best

I think Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce is good for steak, if you like japanese flavor.

Lawry’s seasoned salt, pepper and sugar. Sounds weird, tastes amazing. Do one side, place on grill that side down, season other side, cook to desired temp.

Just a bit of sea salt and a healthy amount of cracked peppercorns grill or fry as normal, but on the last flip cover the top in blue cheese crumbles. If you never tried it'll blow your mind!
