Dude - she was hiding assets before you got divorced. You need an attorney to revisit your marital assets with her. If it turns out she hid assets in your divorce, the judge will go medieval on her ass.

Two things. If she's making substantially (a material change is the legal term) more not then that would absolutely change your child support equation even if it's after the divorce. Put the shoe on the other foot. If you started making more, would she expect that you would pay more. Yes. Second thing. Your attorney needs to immediately file a Motion of Discovery for those bank statements, and up to date tax returns. That's your right as you still have a financial relationship with regards to the kids. If she refuses, Subpoena them from the bank. You'll have them in like 30 days. And it's nothing to do. Don't guess. Know. Dudes have been kneed in the nuts so hard and so often that they think they can't win so they don't try. But the courts are changing.

Good for you. We have to go in clean as a whistle and in the end, you saw she will attempt to lie to a justice. The justice is very smart, and saw right through it. I just did a matter before a justice and was re assessed my child support with an over payment of 3k this year, and 5 k next year due to covid. Men have to challenge the courts and the ex. They may be surprised. Keep up the good fight. Request a police enforcement clause as well, because you know you will follow the rules. It will keep you in contact with the kids. She will try everything she can to limit your contact. Trust me on this.

The saddest part is that this “victory” still comes at a considerable cost. The fact that you haven’t been rendered destitute, homeless and jail-bound is surprising given your ex wife’s commitment to destroying you.
