If you had read the article and not just the headline youd know that's not what happened. It was literally throwing away resumes because they had the words 'woman' or 'women' in it because most of the resumes it was using to learn we're from men.

I'm just as much against diversity quotas as the next guy, but taking something out of context and trying to make it fit your narrative just makes it seem like your narrative doesn't have anything real to support it.
