But let's explore this.

If this ever became a legal issue, and they claimed telepathic rape, perhaps you could launch a counter-attack by claiming that they attempted unauthorized access to an electronic device (your brain) in an attempt to extract proprietary information for their own gain.

How?

Well, telepathically, of course! They claim you thought this, but how did they KNOW you thought this? You clearly didn't give them access to your thoughts.
