I'm not convinced on the sex thing. I get laid probably just as much since being divorced, but I'm sure my testosterone is probably higher now. I think it may have more to do with the body responding to looking for a mate?

Non-MGTOW single men eat better, work out, and typically live better due to more time and to find a woman. All this increases T levels. I'm not sure if a MGTOW man who has no drive to attract a mate would reap the same benefit unless they're also living clean and exercising just for the physical and mental benefits.
