I just want real estate cus its a super good investment overall. If you live in the right area and know what your doing you could easily not put another dime into your property after the 20% down payment. House hacking is huge, not to mention the rent you charge tenants beats out the apartment prices so its a win win.

By the way, born in 1983 - there is conflicting information online. Apparently they are now saying I am a micro generation called a Xennial? Some descriptions say i'm x some say i'm millennial and now this new term. Don't really know where I stand folks! Yup I bought a big house with 4 acres of land for my dog. Before that I changed jobs and moved so I could rent a house for my dog and work from home partly. My dogs likes riding in trucks, so my next car will be a truck.
