Nope. I don't think it is the case. If you leave out color and oly search "woman with a baby" it shows white women with white kids. Same for the others. When you add race it only shows what you see because race is only mentioned this way in articles that show or propagate something unusual with the language use you used to search. Simple as that.

For the "women can" it is showing stuff because it was the feminist catch phrase. And they are using the same degrading men.

Google is indeed doing propaganda. But this is not it. You just searched on propaganda.
