The appeal to anime girls is not so much the look as it is the behavior. These "girls" are written by men as to how they perceive a good relationship. No wonder why women hate it, it's an impossible standard on how to act. I'm not talking about harem anime I'm talking about the wholesome stuff.

I've never been super into porn, and I feel like morally it's not something I can feel good about supporting. Something about Hentai seems so much better knowing a lot is made by artists who do it out of enthusiasm and interest in their work. For all the talk of how perverted they are, stuff like /wholesomehentai is about the only spot in the sex-sphere that has heartwarming, loving fantasies.

It's a brain-wrinkler to think the stuff that resonates with us the most are generally made by other guys chasing a muse that never was. But we at least have the possibility on the horizon.

Do the ethical thing. Get into hentai and buy your fave doujins. Support your favorite artists and help them hone your craft. Just think, the dollars you give him will go towards feeding the arts, instead of buying some thot butthole bleach.
