I think it's well-intentioned, but if this is specific to depression and most health matters. Most doctors are just going to put you on addictive pharmaceuticals that will probably not even solve the root issue and potentially make your health effectively worse.

It's not "the hell" it's "to hell". Example: "To hell with that idea!" or "To hell with you!" or "To hell we will." Correct use of 'the hell': "What the hell are you talking about?" or "What the hell is that?" -- men help other men :^)

"learn the preventative tests you need." At the bottom of the sign. Truth is a man going to a Dr in this day and age is wallet rape and no help even if you are sick.

Don't go to a Dr and if you do. Scope out the staff first. Watch for female Drs they will poison you with a potentially harmful prescription you don't need for business numbers.
