I would consider marriage and kids if I saw this societal change:

Marriage licenses were abolished
Marital tax status was abolished
Abortion was abolished
Marriage returned to being purely religious
Marriage was a permanent bond b/t Man and woman
Income Tax abolished
Property Tax abolished
Sales Tax abolished
