Can confirm, Tim Horton's is rolling out their Basic Bitch Seasonal Special food & drink as I write. Pretty soon, the pumpkin spice beers are going to be rolling into my bar and making me cringe every time I have to smell them.

As an aside. I have visited the ol' USA many times and normally found you pretty good on food in that I can order virtually random items from a menu just to try, even in hard TexMex country, and it's good but Pumpkin?

Is it an acquired taste that you need to be fed from childhood to like? American Marmite? For me it is dithering between mildly unpleasant and and downright cleaning fluid but it is always introduced as a treat. 'Home made' Pumpkin pie from a friend has always been... well let us say 'disappointing'.
