I honestly feel like in 2012 we shifted into another dimension. Like the Mayans were right and the world ended in 2012 but for some reason everyone switched to one where the Mayans were wrong. I know it's considered "woo woo" outside of spirituality but if you look at the world quite objectively it makes a lot of sense.

It leads to a lot of arguments, fighting, fury, and hurt feelings, on their part, anyway. When I clash with yet another person I just sigh and think, wow, you’re just like the rest of them.

I feel the exact same way. I have conversations with my friends and come at topics purely from a logical perspective while playing DA in some cases and they look at me sideways and call me crazy for it. when I was a wee lad, I honest to god thought I was crazy for always taking things 100% literal and unnecessarily overanalyzing everything but as I grew older I came to realize that I was only the oddball because everyone else was a moron so I keep most of my thoughts to myself.
